If for some reason it is uncool to post a remark to the question . I would not mind an e-mail. Thanks . I am just looking for some kind of baseline.

FXDJERRY,

What changes or addons have you made so far? They should be factored in when establishing your asking price...... [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Being sold as basically a stock bike, I would guess you should get about $28k.  However if the general concensus I see on this site on the '06 models holds any water, you may get more.  Not alot of positive input on the new Ultra. JMHO [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

fxjerry....a friend just bought a yellow with 6600, Stage 1, D & D Pipes and paid $26,200.  Changed out the pipes and flipped it for $29,000.  I think your selling price is somewhere between those numbers.  You may want to get it sold before the '06's start rolling in as there are quite a few yellow's in stock and some dealers will start blowing them out under MSRP.

BLM, are you seeing alot of Yellow on the showroom in Florida?  There was some guy in Florida I think looking for one all over in May.  Did the dealer you saw them at get a late shipment?  Interesting. But I agree with your price range.

Lot's of dealers here, Alabama and Mississippi bought a considerable inventory of yellow's based upon the original demand.  Most of them bought from other dealers and/or wholesalers over cost and are sitting with them at model end.  Should be some bargains in about a month.

FXD,

A good place to advertise is here:

www.hdtrader.com

Sold my Ultra Classic through that site in less than 3 weeks and for my price.

Good luck!  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
