All kidding aside still no 110s in twolane's future.  If the crystal balls were polished they'd likely say my next new bike is the second year of the water cooled bikes.  But even that is a "maybe."

It's cool to be able to love the one's you're with .

Man, there you go making me nervous again.  The new 110 bike arrives here tomorrow PM with all the mods done.  Sure hope I'll be able to report with lots of smileys.

'09 FXSTSSE3......Black Diamond w/ Emerald Ice Flames.  Sold the Pumpkin a couple of weeks ago and had the urge to put another Springer in the shop as my fun, go faster while I take my time on an RG project bike.  They'll be finishing up the work at my sons shop today and the driver will deliver tomorrow.  Supposed to be great weather, high 70's, leaves turning and mountain roads empty.

Brian, just from the anecdotal evidence we get here it's obvious the 110s are no longer dropping like flies as they'd been earlier.  So something is better. 

They just had so many problems for so long with such poor response that I'm not doing it.  Analytically it is obvious they are better.  Gut still worries though.  And I just don't have the patience for the problem child.  When I've got two that I like so much there's just no reason to invite hassle. 

We all know that any piece might fail at any moment.  And any given bike might be the unfortunate lemon in the crop.  That's simply part of the systems environment.  This is just one whose history makes me avoid it though.
