Just to update everyone on this:
It was supposed to be my winter project but as usual I got to work on it today. When I took the cylinder apart today, I found about 1 tsp of some sort of thick jello kind of stuff at the bottom and in the pump section. The stuff was dark green and like little balls clogged up the hole between the reservoir and the pump. It looked like looks to me like someone used grease or something like that to lubricate the seal and O-ring in pump assembly. Some thing that did not dissolve in brake fluid and eventually coagulated. All the lines were clean. Just to be safe, I injected some alcohol in them and blew them with air.
After all, it wasn't caused by mixing brake fluid as the tech at Brian's said.

All I need is some brake fluid and purge the lines then she will be good to go .
