Anybody seen these lowers?

Also seems to be some discussion of lowers, these looked interesting for about half the price of HD. anybody had them or seen them?  http://www.hoggchopps.com/index.html

I saw these at ROT rally a year or two ago, they look nice on the bike, more radical look then the stock HD.

I never could figure out why HD designed a lower that leaves your knees in the rain.
