Just don't make a habbit of taking off in second gear...too much stress on primary chain

don't sweat it, just pay a little better attention

I've done that a time or two. No big deal, to remain looking cool as you start up just use a little more throttle and slip the clutch a bit more. No one will ever know. Doesn't seem to hurt a thing.....

Its a good way of reminding yourself ,that you still are not the worlds greatest rider yet.

I still do it probably a couple times a month.
