It's been reported here from at least two uses I can remember that despite the catalog saying this TB does not support cruise it actually does.  The third cable connection is there.  It's something you could tell by eyeballing the TB.

No, I read your first sentence:

anyone tell me if the 50 mm  SE throttle body is  cruise control compatible on th e 07 CVO Roadking??

...and responded with that in mind.  The SE 50mm TB 27623-05.  When first released the fitment description released with the product said it did not work with cruise control.  At least two of the members I can remember here had that TB in hand and it had cruise cable connections.
