Well, as they say different strokes for different folks. Different would accurately describe me. I have 200 miles on mine. For sure you won't lose it in a sea of other bikes in a parking light. I replaced a 2002 Ultra Peace Officers Special Edition with this one. It handles a little better than the 02. I think it has to do with the chopped windshield.. LMAO. I'd sure like to replace the pipes on it with something that doesn't sound like an overpowered sewing machine. Any suggestions?

Yep, with the barrel key lock inside. The tour pack appears to be smaller, but in reality is a bit deeper so that my wife can stuff just as much junk in it in the 02 Ultra. They are very nicely lined, as are the saddlebags, so no open oil containers or other liquids should be crried in them unless you remove the liners.

Hot is a relative term. This pup is scorching. I bet the surface of the sun is cooler that the exhaust being forced into the KATALITIC freakin mufflers. As soon as I hit 500 on this thing, that crap goes. My wife is about to divorce me as it is for spending this kind of money, only to have her right leg fried like one of KFC's chickens and now needing to dump another grand into it for Power Commander, New pipes and ECM download. Is there anyone out there with one of these with the exhaust mods already done, and if so what about the mapping and your selection of exhaust.

Check out the Freedom Pipes. You get the exhaust, PCIII, and AC kit. The PC comes pre-mapped for the application.

It handles better because the front forks have been changed internally. The cartridge has been eleminated , new springs installed, new dampening tubes with emulator valves installed.
