07 SEUC speakers stopped working.
« on: October 27, 2008, 12:24:04 PM »

Went riding Saturday and I kept having to turn the speakers up WAY more than normal.
Eventually figured out that the right front speaker was the only one working.
Rear speakers stopped working too.  I figure something wiggled loose, but no idea what.
Any advise on where to start looking, or should I just take it to the Stealer?
It is completely stock SEUC stereo system.

Your bike should still be under warranty. Being that it is all stock, I would bring it back to the dealer.

It is still under warranty, I figure that will probably be the best way to do it.

Just a thought - last year my '07 had the speakers go silent, the big plug under the tourpak on the right side had come loose.
I just pushed it back in...

It ended up being the big connector going in to the amp.

Glad to see it was easy to fix!

I check that big plug fairly regularly just to be sure.

Thanks again for the advise, I think I will get some zip ties out and make sure that thing does not come loose again.
