Final race of the season.

We had a chance to see Derrick Kale run his final race of the season.

He finished this race 7th.

He is also now top 10 in the points standings.

I want to say, the kid can drive but from mine and Nancy's standpoint there was a professional  driving that car.

He lead the race a couple of times but a few "aw chit" pit moments keep him from victory lane.

But the man knows how to drive!

And note, there's no one around, they couldn't keep up.
Reckon Derrick learned that from Hubbard or Otis?

 Great times at the track! Thanks for the pictures, brings back fond memories. I was a crew chief in the All American Stock Series and really miss the fun we had. I Love The Smell Of Racing Fuel In The Morning!

Thanks, Chip & Nancy!  We really enjoyed having you guys down to enjoy the fun!  We fininshed the Season 9th in Points, so we will be attending the Awards Banquet in Myrtle Beach in January, of '09.  Our Goal was to finish in the Top 5 in Points, but just wasn't in the Cards.  Hope to better next year.  :2vrolijk_21: Later--HUBBARD
