Was just updating the Acronyms and Nicknames Used On CVOHarley and realized there hasn't been much discussion about nicknaming the '09's. So let's put or thinking caps on and see what we can come up for them. Once we get a few suggestions (at least a couple/model) I'll create a poll, with a time limit to see what people want to be added to the list. We can do it one model at a time or multiple just as long as we get a couple suggestions/model.

Didn't see Willie Glide as a nickname on your list for the FXDWG2's and 3's. Thought that was appropriate. They were also formally called Switchblades. Think both should be included.

Thanks, I had heard of "Switchblades" before was that specific to any year/color?

First I've ever heard of the "Willie Glide".

Believe both the WG2's and WG3's were referred to as Switchblades. Know it applied to the WG2's for sure. Have seen Willie Glide used on several different forums - kinda like it myself.

If I'm not mistaken, Switchblade is on the cover of the owners manual.  Or it's on something from the MOCO.

Thanks, that is correct for the '09's guess they dropped the "I" now since everything is FI.

One of the ultras is easy "RUBY"

I know this is far fetched but then again so is david bowie.  The color of my bike Stardust Silver and Twilight Blue .

 So the name of my bike is  "ziggy"
