   Yes the '05 is lowered from the factory, '09 has larger front tire. I haven't really had a chance to compair the frames yet. I'll post more photos when I get a sunny day....

Yes the 09 Ultra really does sit that much higher.  Shocks, frame, seat, all play into this as well as the already mentioned larger wheels.    In stock form the 09 wins the handling contest hands down.   It also wins the heat contest too :)
