just wondering what my 2002 screamingeagale roadking is worth to sell?it is a Canadian harley with 45000 km not miles.Mint shape Purple in colour.put around another 10,000 dollars into her.after buying it I have had many harley davidsons and this one is the best yet. She still has 2 years of warrante left

Hey dude, I know this is an old thread, but it seems no one answered you, not sure why, but I notice that happens with some threads.  Worth; most salesmen will tell you depends on whether you are buying or selling (buy low -- - sell high) To me the question is the value of something to me in personal terms. When I wrecked my 03 SERK in Cobourg Onatario on my way back to San Diego from Laconia, I figured I'd buy a new 06 SEEG.After putting my name on one in reserve, I realized I would never like it as much as I had my SERK so I bought a used 03 SERK. The guy I bought it from had about $45,000 (US) invested in it, but sold it to me for $25,000. When I asked him how he arrived at that price, he told me that was what he felt it was worth. To me it was worth more than a new 06 SEEG. I feel like I won the lottery because the bike while having some miles on it was in perfect shape with over $15,000 of additional items.(the list is way too long to type out) In my opinion, if you want to sell it, then obviously it's not worth as much to you as if you wanted to keep it.

Paid $23.000 for mine. Just saw one on EBAY for $28.000 Another one last year on EBAY for  $31,000.

I've been watching 2003 SERK's on ebay and elsewhere, I'd say decent ones sell for $22,5000 to $26,500 with maybe $24,000 (USD$'s) being a decent median price. Depends upon the location, and finding just the right buyer.

As I remember the 2002's seem to sell for $21,000 to $23,000 USD$'s.The 2002 Brandywine red color does bring in a premuim since the color was so hard to get due to the paint problems back then. It's a great color, and probably my favorite CVO color to date.

Some sales types will tell you that the 2003 Anniversary models are worth more than the normal 2003's, and since they only made two versions of CVO's that year, they will keep their value even more. But, since they're really only 3 years old now....only time will tell. I've seen some asking $30K, but that's just too much for the market now days.

I just dug out the paperwork on my 03 SERK.Base price listed on my sales contract was $29,095.oo. If memory serves ( factor in CRS) my Stealer was getting $1,000 over MSRP (because he could)

2003 SERK sales brochure had MSRP of $ 27,995 ($28,095 California), of course that's without 'dealer set-up', taxes, title, etc. I recall some were marked up over $32,000 in Calif. There was the 100th Anniversay craziness going on back then.
