Terry,
Great pics thanks for sharing. :2vrolijk_21: Those leaves look a lot nicer on the trees then in the yard where I spent four hours getting them up today. :(

Spydglide

Get off some of that money.
Lectric gear is the best.
Your to old to be uncomfortable.
It extends your riding time and season.

Great shots TC.  You say ya'll bundled up.....are you still not using electric gear?  I'm on the fence about getting some......just not sure on the feeling of being hooked up while riding.  But, I get tired of cold hands and feet.  :coolblue: har!  spyder

Spyder...still haven't gone there yet, but could have used it today.  Heat demons won't fit this bike...yet.  The shield, amazingly, keeps the wind off my hands though, at least most of it.  Will probably end up with two electric jackets, and maybe some gloves in the not too distant future.  Car sales have got to pick up first though   ;)  I can layer both of us up with ski/backpacking stuff, but after a point Diva starts feeling like the Michelin man, so to keep her warm, I'll at least get her some of the gear first.

It's the Harley electric jacket liner with thermostat.
Don't buy it to big!

Thanks for sharing, Terry.  Beautiful country.  Yesterday I left Rod's Performance, headed through Arab to Guntersville, then the route you took last week turning off at Scottsboro, and headed home from there.  Yesterday was awesome.  Just barely was warm enough for a fleece jacket and light gloves.  Stopped at Hangar 67 for Hamburger Steak, turnip greens, beans, cornbread and sweet tea.  Great afternoon.

It don't get any better than that, buddy... :2vrolijk_21:

You just plugging into your battery tender pigtail, or do you have one of those Powerlet outlets?  They make some good stuff, and I've been checking it out seeing what I can come up with to power up various things on this bike.

The canyon is one of our favorite places.  It is beautiful.  It's not far from my house so we go there often.  Did you go into the lower part of the Canyon or just the rim?  I haven't been down to the bottom in a while because the roads were so tore up.  They were doing repairs last time I went out so just wondering what the roads are like now.  Great photos.

Very nice pics Terry...makes me wish I had taken the camera Saturday as I rode 'round Skyline, up 522 into Front Royal, up 55 to New Baltimore...etc. Th scenery this time of year is spectacular, especially as the sun breaks through some of the valleys...

I'll definitely take the camera next weekend...
