newby with a 09 se roadglide

coming up on 1k service, need advice on tuning and hd dealers that do it right the first time, I live in the Greenville SC, western NC area

I don't have 1st hand experience w/ Greenville HD. Cox's HD is over in Rock Hill and are great. They did the pipes and tune on my SEUC.

Welcome to the site from The Lowcountry of South Carolina!
Greenville HD is supposed to be first class from what I've heard, although I don't have first hand experience with them.
