I bought my first Harley at the back end of September - 2009 FLTRSE3 CVO Road Glide®, from reading some of this Forum also known as SERG. I fell in lust the second I walked through the showroom doors, and walked out several hours latter much poorer, but with the biggest smile I have ever had, and a VERY PROUD new owner of one of the best looking bikes on the road
I was informed of the Forum at bike night last Thursday, by another expectant new owner of a SERG (Awaiting Delivery)
I have made a few minor changes since buying the bike, but nothing major as yet. I am finding it very difficult getting colour (yes British) matched accessories, so I am currently searching out a good local(ish) custom painter.
I have found the information I have read so far very useful, and very informative - there is just so much to read, it will take me a while to catch up.
We are both (SERG & I) also new members of the Iron Butt organisation after a 1100 mile ride around Texas in one day. I am enjoying the SERG so much I just don't want to get off.
The looks of adoration and envy in parking lots and bike night the SERG draws, just confirms WE CVO Owners are very lucky.
