Has anyone used a DVD from Fix My Hog for the 110 motor? If so was it worth it?

Looks like general maintenance and servicing. Never a bad idea if you fancy that sort of thing.

Nobody has answered the question.  I'd like to know myself.

they have a 110" specific one?  I have been toying with getting them, but find that I get what I need by showing my ignorance here...not intended to be a wiseass remark, but usually someone posts a vid or web link to most things I have needed or wanted to do so far.  Or if I REALLY feel stupid, I just PM Don.

I have looked for them in eBay...like dvd's of stuff like this, got one for my KLR for valve adjustments, one for building AR's...easier to see it before I do it.

Sean hit the nail on the head.  If you, like most people, find to see what your about to mess up before you mess it up then the videos helpful.  But since my job for years was to read the computer manual then show the user how to mess it up on their own, I just prefer to read the shop manual and then mess it up on my own.

The parts I've seen don't address any thing specific on the CVO, but it's all maintenance stuff anyway at that's pretty much the same from a regulare to a CVO.  There is a performance one out there that I'd like to see sometime, but I'd think that would need to be more specifically geared to the CVO line to be beneficial.

Maybe we can video Hoist rebuilding Cybil and release it... Call it FTW, FTF, FTM, or FFMHDVD.  ;D :D

chit.....I can't even sit through the "Ride-Like-A-Pro" videos without falling asleep.  Doubtful I could stay awake watching these.  Not that the material isn't good.  I just can't sit still without falling asleep.
