Always seems like work in progress...
« on: November 18, 2008, 11:16:52 AM »

Just thought I would share a few pictures of my work in progress on the SERG. I still have to install misc. chrome bolts and screws, the glove boxes on the lowers, Boogey Lights Orange front wheel LED kit, tour-pak spoiler, saddlebag spoilers, Super SERT.
Here's a short list of the completed modifications:
Arnott Aldan 12'' chrome air suspension system
Electric orange chopped tour-pak
Chopped tour-pak backrest pad
CVO Road Glide rider backrest
Wild1 WO517 handlebars
Chrome switch cap kit
Remote control garage door opener transmitter
HD Smart Security Siren II
Chrome high performance starter
Fullsac 2" core muffler
ARC Audio KS1.25 mini amp
Arc Audio Foose FD5025 4 amp speakers
Chrome inner primary cover
Centerline Chrome Horn Cover
Custom screamin eagle shift linkage
Custom chrome tour-pak hinges
Clearview GT Small light tint
Boogie Lights Orange LED's
Adjustable chrome passenger footboard mount brackets
Rumble collection passenger footboard insert - swept wing
Swept wing passenger footboard pan kit - grooved
Enough of that here are the pictures...

Guilty, you have a nice looking bike. It sure seems like the list of ad-ons is never ending, always something new and improved. Then when you get it right it is time to sell and start all over again.

We sure have had some nice fall riding weather lately.  :2vrolijk_21:

Nice bike.

That is one OUTSTANDING looking RG. Nice job. Lowers and T. pak are next for me.

Nice bike.

There has definitely been some good opportunities for nice fall rides here in Oregon! I have fixed up a few bikes that I ended up selling for one reason or another...the SERG and my Road King are both keepers. I guess that I might be stalling on getting the last few modifications done so I still have some unfinished work on the bike to look forward to.

Thank you for the compliment, I am really enjoying the SERG! One modification that I haven't addressed yet is the stock seat. I really like the looks of the seat and I may just send the seat in to have it reworked to make it a bit more comfortable. I like the stock seating position especially with the Wild1 517 handlebars.

My eyes must be getting old, didn't see the saddlebag spoilers.

Nope, it is not the stock SERG cowbell horn, it is Centerline collection horn that is stock on the CVO Springer. Jorge and I did some trading a while back and I ended up installing the Centerline collection horn on the SERG.
