You know, you don't have to be old to be a codger and you don't have to be young not to be one.

Then there's curmudgeons. We'll leave that for another time.

I am not sure of the Number, but my 8 year old (my Avatar) thinks that 50 is the same as 70.

His perspective is, anyone older than his oldest brother (21) is a antique.

Me being put in the same catagory as the crypt keeper annoys the hell out

of me, I do not feel like the Crypt Keeper.

A Canadian a curmudgeon BAH, never in a million years, especially a Canadian lady.

Just isn't in your DNA. Uh uh, now way, nyet, nada , nope - - impossible.

Canadians are the most level headed, well adjusted people on the planet.

Ok, well maybe Pamela Anderson has some odd moments but she's always happy to know you.

Michael J. Fox has Parkenson's in spades but he smiles through the pain and trouble of it.

Never been a better role model of a sports figure than Wayne Gretzky (IMO)

Closest thing to a Delorean in 1936.  only 6 ever produced and of those only 4 exist now.
This is the only one still running. Now that is rare.

If it ever quits running it's back to one in four.

When I was in elementary school I thought all of my teachers were old and I'm sure I had some right out of college.

I think you're already there.  I saw you lurking in the NFL Cheerleader thread!  I hate to think of it as "dirty old man" though.  It should be simply a man who appreciates the finer things.  Like a $10 cigar, a good wine, an aged steak, CVOs. et al.  Growing old is not an option but growing up is.

I have always liked the word Curmudgeon . Don't know why just have. As for dirty old man , I've been one almost all my life. [it's good] :2vrolijk_21:

Webster defines this word as follows...

curmudgeon

Main Entry: cur·mud·geon
Pronunciation: \(ˌ)kər-ˈmə-jən\
Function: noun
Etymology: origin unknown
Date: 1568
1archaic : miser
2: a crusty, ill-tempered, and usually old man

I am beginning to be this person more each day...
