However, if you're looking for "usuable" horsepower and torque (low in the power band) for street riding and street racing, then you might want to consider a good 2 into 1 exhaust.

Guys please don't misunderstand me......true duals are a good all around (performance, looks, heat, sound, etc) system and I'm not saying that they're not.

What I am saying is if I spend a bucket of money on performance then I want everything....everything......everything that I can get for my money, in the way of performance.  Looks are a secondary consideration for me.  For most bagger riders, the dual exhaust is a primary factor, but not for me.  They do look better.  But if I personally had a problem with that, I'd buy the Thunderheader with the dummy left side.

In other words, I might get there before you, but you'll look better pulling in, then I did. lol

Here's another dyno run ... This was in a dyno shootout this past summer...  the only difference in this and my 1st dyno run was in air temp.  This was in the summer at around 80 degrees v.s. my first dyno post in the spring at maybe 40 degrees... http://www.snarl-extra.com/dyno3.jpg

Talked with a dyno guy (very good) out here in So. Cal. about the bassani's.  He dyno'd an 03" SERK with a power commander, hi-flo, and bassani reverse cone megaphone's, (no power curve) didn't ask if high output or not.  But he showed me the printout which gave almost 103 hp and 107 tq.  I'm trying to decide on either these or a 2 into one set up.  Anyone have thunderheaders?
