Freedom, Needs 06 SE for testing
« on: August 27, 2005, 01:54:12 PM »

Freedom Pipes, in Reno, need a 06 SE bike for setting up new maps for the 06 bikes.
He said if someone in the area would let them use their bike to get maps for their pipes
"he would make it worth their time". He didnt go into specifics. I called about pipes for the 06 flhtcuse and they dont have a map yet and are looking for a bike. If I was closer I would jump on this deal.

These Freedom guys have a good setup do they? I'm looking long and hard at true duals and need the Stage one and the Power commander. Any suggestions? How many CVO owners are using this setup and whats the hp/torque? [smiley=cool2.gif]

Well  there are a few threads here about their system, do a search with freedom and you'll have lots to read.  Also there are a number of guys that are using it and have talked about it to no end on those threads.  Pull up a chair, a cold one and start at it.
Will you be going to Street vibrations next week?  If you are there a few of us that are going to be there.  There is also 2 threads on that under the CVO events section.

CV, a search will turn up a lot of info on the Freedom pipes.  There are more than 500 posts on the subject here.  These are the threads I found where they're mentioned, the good, the bad, and the ugly.  Some dyno results are included, but see also the dyno thread that is a sticky near the top of the Electra Glide forum . . .

I talked with Brad today at Freedom Cycles and he is going to do my 2006 FLHTCUSE on the 29th of Sept (Thursday) Brad said the process would take most of the day. I am really looking forward to having this done as I had my 2003 FLHRSEI2 (SE Race Tuner, High Flow & Rinehardts) done at a couple of HD dealers and the bike was dialed in good (104.4 HP and 106.7 Torque) but had lots of popping when out of the throttle. After talking with Brad at Freedom Cycles I feel good that he can dial the bike in for both good HP & Torque and take out the popping. I will keep the board posted
