That looks phenomenal.  However, 22x24 = 528 square feet.  3000/528 = $5.68 per square foot.  That's some pricey stuff.  My garage is 1,536 square feet, so that is not an option.  If I had the cash and could justify, i would do in a heartbeat.  It looks fantastic.

I was always told, the secret to a long marriage is a fantastic garage.  Besides, I can move in when she throws me out, it has heat, air, sink, pooper, washer and dryer, shower and fridge.  I was thinking ahead when we built the house.  And, I have to have something to do this time of year because it's COLD!!!!!  :wall: :wall: :wall: :bigcry: :bigcry:

I agree the floor looks good. Terry's shop/garage is 1600 sq ft that would be alot of $$$, maybe I should carpet it for him. We have been watching all the pictures everyone post and they all look good. Terry has not made up his mind yet on what he wants to do.

Thanks all,     total was $3k.    They come in with diamond cut grinders to level floor, patch any cracks apply base, chips, and then top coat. They came in around 9 am and left at 4pm. Everything was back in the garage the following afternoon. Without the chips it would've been around 2500, but they talked me into it and I'm glad, it provides a no slip texture. It cost alot, but its warrantied and after seeing my father powerwash and acid etch his every few years it was worth it to me.
