Thanks for the kind words to all of you, but it all started in a two car, with the 67 and 90 corvette and three bikes and no room to move. The city would not let me build a four car in the back yard, so we built a house in 1992 and moved about 1 mile.
it is a three car when you look from the street, 35 feet wide two doors but it is 45 feet deep. Best part is I had them put in hot water heat in the floor, did not want the fan from a gas heater running all the time and putting dust all over the cars and bikes. it is always 72-73 deg year round.
the paint on the floor is for our two cars we drive each day. But when I have to work on any of the Corvettes I put it on the pant part and the cars just stay outside untill work is done.
In the dead of winter I have another 4-5 bikes in it that I store for the ones I ride with that do not have the room.
