Hey Fatboy,
how does she run with the 48mm throttle body? have you dynoed her yet? Did you have to remap as well?
I am also thinking about going to 48mm, horsepower inc have a 48mm setup they have recomended to me to suit mine (stock 103 with VH bigshots & HD racetuner)

Aussie,
I also added the Race Tuner, a new High Flow Velocity Stack/Air Filter combo and V&H Slip-ons with the stock header pipes.
Big difference's noticeable when on the street. Doesn't feel all bottled up and restricted anymore. The more and longer you twist it the more you feel the power and speed building. Stock it ran ok but you could feel the restriction and hesitation.....not anymore.
Dyno wise my number's seemed a little low compared to what I've seen posted here. Stock I was at 82hp and 90tq. With the mods it became 90hp and 99tq. Simply put a 10% gain. However, my guru uses an 1180 pound wheel on his Dynojet and he claims that makes a big difference over the number's you get with the 875 pound wheel most shops use. (He claims the lighter the wheel the higher the number's it will produce). Also were running the pre programed RT map for a "breather kit & slip-ons" (due to time contraints and his A/F Module being down) so with the map being tweaked a little there should be some more there since we didn't compensate for the increased air flow. I guess I may be running a little to the lean side. And I only had 700 miles on the bike when it was last on the dyno. My number's should be stronger now that's it been about 2500 miles since new and the packing should be burned or is burning off the baffle's.
Bottomline is the bike is running good and is very dependable and to date no one is running away from me more often than not their chasing my tail light. [smiley=banana.gif]
Good luck.
