Take it back to the dealer they should be able to make them match better than that.

Probably got bent during shipping. Definitely not supposed to be that way.

Take it back to the dealer. It looks like it is almost touching the saddlebag :o

The pipes can be rotated for adjustment. It is hard to determine if the sub framework is out of alignment without looking at it. The dealer or a mechanically inclined friend could help with the diagnosis.

WTS, you should be able to loosen the clamps up to and including the 90 degree crossover pipe at both ends.  Once all is loose including the mounts under the aft section of the saddle bag, adjust  everything until its centered.  You may need to have a friend help keep the muffler tip centered while you "tweak" from underneath to get any tension off the system...that's your ultimate goal...to have it aligned without tension that could later cause seal loss or cracking.  I would tend to want to do this myself as the "technician" at the dealership might just do the minimum and "force" it or god forbid use a BFH :'(

Mine looked like this when delivered. They aren't just right, but OK for now.

Mine were straight when I picked up the bike. After I installed the Fullsac cores I noticed I put them on crooked like yours are. Simply fix though, just loosen the clamps and mounting bolts and turn, twist and slide until they are where they should be.

WTS, mine where the same way when they where setting the bike up and also after I installed the new baffles in.  What you need to do is simple.  Just loosen the muffler clamp, then grab the muffler and rotate it towards the inside (towards the tire) and tighten the clamp.  Done.  Let's Roll

Just loosen the front clamp and rotate the pipe, take 3 mins.

Don't do it before your trip. The clamps are supposed to be replaced EACH time. The spacer inside the clamp actually "crushes" when tightened. Most don't replace these clamps, but you can NEVER get a reused one as tight a a new one. Don't take the chance of your mufflers loosening up on your new bike on the road. Wait til ya get back and replace the clamps. ;)

Yeah, they say that so you'll spend $20 on a clamp that costs them about $0.75.  I haven't had any problems re-using them . . . at least up to a point.  Yes, eventually, they need to be replaced, but as long as you're using a torque wrench and not over-tightening, you can easily get more than one use out of them.  IMHO, of course. ;D

well   ...   at least one of you are correct   ...   unfortunately I just "rotated" them as

everyone has suggested   ...   looks much better   ...   as best I can measure the left

one is now only 3/8 " further out than the right one

I'll let you both know if it lossens on my ride

                                                                     thx
                                                                     wts

p.s.          although he is knowledgable and usually correct   ...   I hope Hoist is wrong this time!

I'll adjust it when I can get it up on a lift or centerstand because you have to make the adjustments from the crossover point. It'll sure look good once I get that left side straight!
