The motor is 1690 cc.  The SEEG bike is bad-ass.  I own the SERK and i wish some of the parts were on my bike.  Specifically, the wheels and the rotors.  This is one area on the SERK that is a let down..would've liked to have seen stainless steel rotors at the minimum.  I bought mine Oct. 03 (probably one of the additional SERKs they produced.  Maybe they'll make some more SEEG.  Keep your eyes and ears open and you come across one..good luck and welcome aboard.

Depending on what you are willing to pay and far away you want to have it shipped from you can still find them.  You will probably be paying between $31K-$35K.  I put money down on mine last month after a couple of days of searching.

So you were still able to find one? I like the looks just want to justify spending that type of money for CVO. Local Chicago dealer wants 32K for his plus $1000 in parts?
All comments would be of some help.

He probably has one that was customized and then the buyer fell through.  He will probably get the money from someone.  I would say that if that price is out the door, it's worth it.  If not, and you still owe taxes, etc, then I would look elsewhere.  Keep in mind that if you want a tour-pak, it is around 800-900, depending on dealer discount if applicable.  And that's without a backrest pad.  This bike is loaded, but I still added about $3500 in extras.  You have to!  Haa Haa.  Get one!  Everyone loves seeing them.

Hey Heavy,
These bikes are well worth the money. The performance diff between SE?? and the standard models is something that will cost you no matter what way you go. At least this way, you also have factory warranty with them. And besides, don't you know that HD stands for High Dollar ;D .
Good luck and Welcome

Hey Heavy,
Long story, short version I ended up first on the list with deposits at two dealerships. So in a round about way I have two Orange/Black ones with my name on them. Is that what you are looking for?? Friend of mine has expressed interest in the second one. If he backs out you want me to call get ahold of you? I see you are not that far away. Spoke with one dealer today and they are still saying April, although I have heard they are to start shipping mid March.

Wanna know what was the best part for me???
I rode to work today...first time on this bike.  I was at work for 5 minutes when people were asking me if that was my new bike parked out there.  They loved it, and I saw people looking at it when I went past it later.  I know, I know...it's vanity.  I DID buy the bike for ME...but it's nice to know that it's being drooled on by others too.....Ride With Pride!

I have the SERK and love it.  If your trying to justify spending the money- take the HD catalog and price out all the add ons for the SEEG.  You'll spend less on the SEEG rather than building up a standard.  Keep an eye out on the local dealerships and give them you name, people seem to back out of these every now and then for whatever reason.  I've seen two hit the floor at a dealership in So. Cal. with sold signs on them, only to come in two days later to see "For Sale" signs on them...

The good news is HD will probably offer this one next year, so you could put your name on the 05' list and be first when they start taking names. [smiley=pimp2.gif]

Get it... this is THE bike to have. I have driven every HD there is and I currently own a v-rod and let me tell you that this is the best bike I have ever driven. Just consider changing the seat and adding a tour pack for long distance hauls.
