Floorboard Relocators 2009 FLHTCUSE4
« on: December 15, 2008, 01:54:31 PM »

Purchased the floorboard relocators from Harley Goodies the other day.  Sure has made the ride a lot more comfortable.  Installed on the front and passenger floorboards.  Thought I would share some pic's with everyone.  I don't have any connections with Harley Goodies, but just wanted all to know where I got them.

That was the first thing I purchased for my 09 SE Ultra.  Had them on my Road King and they sure make for a more comfortable foot position.

Mine are on order...thanks for the pics.
Anything notable about the install?  Seems like it should be simple.

Harley Goodies makes some great stuff.  Have their kits on the purple bike and a set is going on the green bike as the engine build is being is completed.

Guppytrash,

Very easy install,  front allen bolts are a little aggrivating due to the oil cooler, but other than that no problem.  PUt the front and back relocators on in about 1 hour.  Good Stuff.

Their was slightly challenging on my FLHR, but not impossible.  Was easy on the SEUC since the motor was out of the frame.

I didn't think about the passenger boards and I haven't sat back there.  Is there a need to move them outward also?

Thanks Chip. I was thinking about going 3/4" but another 1/4" ought to be ok.
