the problem with the high prices of custom bikes generally r, u buy a stock harley for ur donor parts, then u decide u wanna customise it, so u take alot of pieces off to replace with other similar/upgrade/performance/chromey/etc pieces, then u add together the cost of the donor bike plus all the new parts plus the man hours  n hey presto u have urself a very expensive custom bike.

4 example!

after my bike was customised, i sold off most of the parts i had taken off, and for insurance purposes its still insured at the stock bike valuation, a wheel 4 a wheel

my valuation calculation goes something like this
price of new wheel minus resale of old wheel
tyre, disposable item= no value

Touareg means OUTCAST in morocco.( that describes the life style of those people)
My parents moved to Europe in 1960 they are by no means touaregs but I like the name and what it means in english.

Actually, I had no idea! I like it! And I've known many and are one myself sometimes I guess! VW doesn't deserve to use it now that I know what it means! ;)

Thanks a lot! :2vrolijk_21:

Well, doesn't also relate to nomads, I think that's what VW was after, but not sure.
