Jeez, Sean.  That would drive me nutz..........not that I'm not already.......but this one little ding is driving me bananas.

She'll get fixed.  Time and money.  Have one, but need the other.  It'll come together, and she'll get fixed.

Just picked up the purple bike today.  Front fender is as good as new.

Also had a set of Michelin Commanders installed, the front brake line replaced, and the jacked up stock brass screws in the carb float bowl replaced with SS hex screws.  When I got her home, I removed the remaining eagle stickers and replaced the broken saddlebag latch springs.  She's ready now.

Well Brian, I missed that too, but other than what I've already explained here, my best guess is the motorcycle was in Rod's shop, leaning on the jiffy stand.  They tend to do that from time to time, especially when the weather is crappy, waiting on parts, their human is drunk........or sleeping.......whatever.   :)

That would be PTR.  That's an entirely different problem.  Panty Traction Response is reported to be a very difficult thing to live with.
