Changing backlighting color on speedo

A friend just picked up his new Road King with spun aluminium speedo/tacho combo gauges. Does anyone know can the backlighting be changed from standard red to blue? :2vrolijk_21:

My understanding is the tach & speedo are sealed, doesn't mean it cann't be done just alot harder.
