I know the feeling...picked up my O/B on the 15th :drink:  Did you roll back the handlebars yet?  I'm 6' and me thinks the setup from the MoCo is for an orangutan...really!  I had about a 80 mile ride home and my back was killing me when I arrived!  The seat stitching on mine was off at the front  (crooked) and the seat was too short to meet the console as well...they ordered a new seat, left saddle bag (cracked) and left tank emblem which snagged on my pants on the way home.  What kind, if any QA do they do on these "CVO" bikes anyway? :confused5:

Thanks for all the kind words! I went over this bike with a magnifier and three sets of eyes and road it before I gave them the check. All is good with me except the seat stiching, so a new seat is on its way. I do have some peices of belt showing up on the back of the bike, which has happened before on another orange bike I owned, may loosen the belt a bit, see if it goes away.  Doc

Might want to leave the belt alone for the first 500, Doc.  I don't think you'll see any belt break-in remains with a few more miles...

Have a grand total of 50 milers on it, the rubber bits cover the wheels just about the whole rear of the bike. Have had this before on other bikes and like you say it did go away.  Thanks Doc

Congrats.  I think you'll love it-especially in Florida where you can ride year round.

The windshield is a tough one to get right and everyone is diffeent.  I ended up with two. A 12" Klockwerks which looks good and is adequate for riding around town and a 14.5" Clearview for taking it on the highway.
