Thanks for all the replies, guys. Now I really want to see the Crimson & Charcoal when somebody gets one. I think it's gonna be sharp, too.

Twolane -- that triangular piece is actually part of the chrome trim above the tach & speedo -- non-functional.

So far the only PITA is that you can only lock ignition in "Fork Lock" or ACC position. I'm used to just locking the switch and walking away most of the time.

Great looking bike.  I have one in this coloc on order that is supposed to be here in 3-4 weeks.  Great to see they are shipping them.

I want to put a MOCO GPS on the bike, but I think that leather dash doohickie is in the way.  If it is, what is the use of the NAV button on the radio?  Since I haven't seen one in the flesh, I'm not sure.  Any thoughts?

Don, that's just a chrome piece that fills that area up and yes, it is a part of the leather dash pad.

Congrats on the new bike, KXL - can't wait for mine to arrive (next April they say!!!)

Pics are great too - but they have me even MORE puzzled about what colour the 'haze really is!!  Sand? Silver? Champagne? Grey? Beige? every pic you see makes it look totally different!

The NAV button on the radio is for a yet to be released add-on Navigation system, probably similiar to the bluetooth and XM setup (though XM comes on the SE).

Another possibility on the NAV would be to integrate the Audio portion of the proposed HD GPS unit into the bike's audio speakers/headset.

I'd like to see something like KXL said, have a regular GPS (or the overpriced HD GPS) and be able to integrate the audio in, so it would break into the music playing to tell about an upcoming turn.
