Deuce seat
« on: January 03, 2009, 01:07:12 PM »

I just purchased this scooter and it has a Phatail rear end, I LOVE IT! but I need to get alternate seat options, especially for the little lady on back. Any Deuce riders crossed this bridge?

There are a couple of aftermarket options, but the HD Sundowner is a bit of a problem due to the wider width causing rub marks on the fender. There are a few threads on this in the Deuce forum to check out.

Welcome aboard this great site from Minnesota! Had the same seat issue on my Wide Glide. Went with a Corbin Dual Tour. They make one for the Duece:

http://www.corbin.com/harley/softail/deuce-dt.shtml

I probably would have gone with a Mustang as I hear they are more comfortable but I needed tan leather to keep with the original theme of the bike and Mustang only makes back. Since my wife has her own bike and we rarely ride two up, the stock seat is on the bike the majority of the time. It's better that way as the Dual Tour makes the back of the bike look fat (but then again, I guess that's what makes it comfortable for the BSR).

You can check out the look here:

http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=27725.0;all

You've got yourself a beautiful ride there! Enjoy it to the max.
