have a question about the rubber trim for stock road glide windshield. bought a standard road glide windshield off of ebay because is was a cheep fix untill i can decide what a/m windshield i want. add said new windshield still in box. windshield came with no hardware or molding. tried to re-use stock serg rubber but doesnt fit right. saw in here that cv makes one that will fit it and is better than oem. looked on there web site but it didnt show ware to get it seperate. can u still get oem hardware and rubber seperate from windshield? anyone know the cost of either one?

You can get the parts from your local dealer, or order online if you have the part#. With a little work the stock SERG trim will work.  Doc

Ryan, Im running a stock shield with the SERG Moulding, it fits pretty good, best bet is to secure the fastners loosely to the shield and moulding and then start from the middle and fit it into place, its really easy to lose the fastners inside the fairing, Lucky I had extra's. Clear View sells the mounting fastners and trim pieces you can call them for prices.

I bought the stock rubber trim to put on my KW.  Cost is about $10 if I remember correctly.  Dealer should have it in stock!
