The Heart Attack Grill is seeking multi-unit development partners in territories throughout Europe, Asia, North and South America. To be considered, individuals or partnerships must meet the following minimum characteristics:
. 5 years multi-unit restaurant management experience as an owner and/or operator
. Experience with operating a minimum 10 unit business
. Minimum financial net worth of $2 million and liquidity of $500,000
. Knowledge of real estate and trade areas in development territory
. Must have enthusiasm, drive, and passion for the restaurant industry as well as a proven record of success in the restaurant industry
. Operating partner must live in the territory
. Ability to obtain a liquor license
