The rest of the story is that the family of the "victims" is now suing the girl. The gun control advocates are also going after her. What a world we live in???....

The thing to always remember about snopes, is that they're just to out of work idiots surfing the internet looking for information to either support of disprove somebody's claim.  They have their own agendas, just like anybody else.  And like the internet is any great source of factual information, to begin with.
