Cold weather is coming to visit South Carolina! The temps are supposed to be down in the middle teens Thursday nite and Friday Morning here on the coast, colder inland. :o :o Not supposed to happen here! ;)
But, just to let you know, that will not stop me from riding to work Friday morning. ( No heated seat or grips,
just stupid! )
Go ahead and laugh and make fun, it's your turn. ;D

After a wild week of snow, then flood, the skies have parted and the roads waiting here in the the Northwest. Had chores to run with the cage yesterday & recovering from last week's flu but this morning is definitely riding time to work!

Only bad thing is the poor bike has to sit there outside in the parking lot for 9 hours while the owner is at work. That and the lovely chuckholes & uneven layers of sand spread before more snow covered it on top of the compact snow.

Monday had some backroads still partially flooded but yesterday the water was lower & roads drier. Lots of bikes out yesterday and it looks like we have possibly a week of dry roads but the mornings might be in the low 30's, right now 40 at 5 am.

Mike may need a swig to ride at those temps..   Suppose to be -5 here in the next day or so.  Tired of the cold (and someone around here said Jan to be mild).

I don't think many will Laugh Mike.  They may think you're crazy.  But who care's.  Contending with the cold in the Northeast is something we must do.  Sometimes you just have to ride.  Maybe that is what makes you a biker Mike.
