I don't think so. All 110 run hot, out of the box.

 8) I have owned three CVO ultras and never had a heat issue with any of them. I run a two into one exhaust, big sucker air filter ans a race tuner and the bikes run great. Good luck.

I just bought a 2009 CVO Ultra. I also own a 2008 CVO Road King. Both bikes are 110 CI and have the Engine Idle Temperature Management System (EITMS). In the brief riding I've done on my Ultra over the past few days, in 40 degree Fahrenheit weather, I notice the EITMS kicks in at idle at stop lights way sooner than my 08 model did, and we are talking about very cool ambient temps outside when riding the Ultra. My Road King rarely kicked in the EITMS even in the summer.

With the fairing and the lowers, the air must not be cooling the engine as well as my 08 Road King. I definitely won't be riding my Ultra around the city with stop lights and idling when it gets 90-100 degrees outside temperature in the summer.

I have the 2008 FLHTCUSE3.  Using the Screaming Eagle Race Tuner (SERT) with other stage 1 upgrades allows your dyon tuner (I urge you to do this) to change the standard US EPA 14.7:1 air/fuel ratio ( I have no idea what Euro Community requires).  This helps cool the engine.  Also, I remove the lowers when temps are above 70 degrees F turning the bike into a modified Electro Glide.  With more air across the lower section of the motor and my legs, the bike rides a lot cooler.  But if it's 100 degrees F and you're in stop and go traffic, you will feel heat on your right leg.  I understand the re-routing of pipes on the 2009 touring versions helps this heat build up.

I have an oil temp gauge in my faring and I seldom get oil temps over 180 degrees F.  It's only happened in the very hot conditions I mention above.

Their are two kinds of heat temps, combustion camber and motor temp .On my 07 seuc the oil temps are really good since pro-tunner.One thing that has never stopped is the combustion camber heat and it's pinging and panging. My motor man said the cams Harley put in the 110's for epa holds alot of heat in the cambers and more cly pressure. This winter he had a new set of cams ground to hopfully fix that problem.Due to cleaning and reorganizing the shop the cams havn't made the dyno yet.I'm hopping in the next couple of weeks that will be done. I will post results when finnished.Ride Safe JDO

Which two into one exhaust are you running?
Is it on an '08 CVO?

We did a short ride, about 150 miles, a few weeks ago and the ambient temp. never rose above 40 degrees F. The bikes never overheeted at all! :D

I have to say that since I put the SERT,Rineharts,HB Intake on the bike and all the head work my 08 SEUC runs no hotter than my 06 Roadking. I also have my lowers off so any excessive heat gets routed away from me. 25,000 miles and she is running extremly strong!! This bike didn't break in till I had about 20,000 miles on it. This was different than my RK's whick broke in around 15,000.

I have an 08 Ultra, that after doing the AC, True Duals and SERT, I don't notice being significantly hotter than my 05 Road Glide with the 95" motor.  I made a run to OK last August in 95 to 100 degree weather without any heat issues. It is a bit hotter in stop and go traffic mostly due to the lowers in my opinion.
