Many sewing businesses will have a serger sewing machine where they can scan an image such as a logo or even a picture and download it into the computer where it can be resized to your specifications and color choices then sewn onto a garment be it fabric or leather.  Naturally the more you have produced will reduce the overall price as you are initially paying for the setup an download.  It is very similar to how a sign shop can take an image and transfer it to vinyl for application on a vechicle or sign.

as long as your not selling them,,, and it's for your own use,  I highly doubt anyone will ever bother you.

many Harley reps (including Willie G) has seen my bar & shield tatoo. don't believe anyone will be sueing me over that.

if a stranger asks,,  you bought it at a swap meet.

Willie G has seen my redo on the SE logo to my Screamin Nemo logo and made no comment.  I think they just don't want people putting it on cheap stuff and selling it.  In fact, they gave out magnets last year with a pic of guy who tattood the bar and shield onto the back of his skull with the caption "Proof of Purchase"

First of all the patch looks great.  I also often wish the "Performance Parts" was not on logo.

FYI:  When I had my gift shop I sold a beautiful 3 foot wide metal HD plaque that was fabricated by a local artist.  We decided, "I had purchased it at local swap meet from traveling seller" would be my answer if ever questioned.  Covered him but, not me.  I was willing to take the risk due to demand for item.  Sold many but, alas did not keep one for myself.  DUH :'(

I would like the file also.  Maybe I can do something special for Randy for Valentine's Day.  Thanks in advance.
