Be careful what you do! There's a guy in our town, that had an old car in his drive and there were some tall weeds in his front yard. The people that live around him complained to the city, and wrote some comments in the local paper. He moved the car and cut the weeds, but also put an old swing set in his front yard with dolls and weird stuffed animals attached to the swings, where the garden/weeds were he put some old bicycles and kids riding toys. His property is on the corner of one of the major roads and you can see his side fence from the road. He took the plastic bags that you paper come in, just happen to be orange and others are blue. He slipped them over the top ends of the fence boards in alternating colors. He kept it that way for about a year adding things all the time. Then it was all gone for about 5 months. But someone must have pissed him off again. I drove by the other day and the swing is back in the front yard, and there stuff in the garden again. Haven been by in a few weeks, I'll have to go check it out! Maybe take a picture.
