I did 4 sets of CVO 110" heads before I sold the biz. 2 had bigger int. valves that I had 'custom' made.  $56  each ! They had alot of comp. and big cams. GREAT POWER. Just remember ,I have been doing this 'stuff' for awhile !!!!  Fly-cut another .020 off the heads today and .015 the 1st time for a total of .035 and will be using Cometic .030 hg. Don't worry ,she will run,or my name isn't HOIST.  privet ,kak dela . I have been to 16 different countries , and the USA , is still the BEST.  pocka  :drink:

Just put the heads on about an hour ago, Leave it to BEAVER is on now. NOW ,if you are in a BIG hurry ,do your own ,as you will be done BEFORE me ! read my sig.  One thing I will tell ya ,is that the S.E. 2.120 valves are SHORT and you will have to cut ALOT of your seat to get correct valve stem protusion. I used 'custom' 2.120 valves that were  4.465 long. S.E.s are 4.435.  :nervous:

SE 2.120" = 4.427" ol. .040" shorter than stock 110"CVO 2.080" valves. No problem getting them in at 2.00" installed height.Better valve to valve.
Valve to piston(Mahle) is good also.

OEM valve seems to work good with our cylinder-head set-up.

Another advantage to the larger valve is the 93% throat can be brought down to 90%, more better!!!
