CA winter has been great!  Six more weeks of sunshine and 60-70's doesn't sound too bad!  :2vrolijk_21:

Those of us in the frigid north would be happy if winter is over in 6 weeks...winter over in mid March would be great (but sadly, very unlikely)... :nixweiss:   :(

Six more weeks of winter in our area isn't that bad compared to others.

I think in political terms that means 6 more years of Bloomberg.   :o :nervous: :huepfenlol2:

Sunday I decided to be my own groundHOG After months of looking at beloved underwraps everyday when I would leave for work. and my neighbors taunting me about the weather this winter, hearing coworkers asking me if I ("ride the bike today") when I would walk into the building.  >:(So after pulling down the outside Christmas deco's this Sunday then storing them in the garage where Beloved is underwraps  >:( I couldn't take it anymore... It was Sunny and a balmy 38 degrees, with a slight wind from the west.  Uncovered Beloved and fired her up after her 2½ month sleep. What a joyful sound she made.  I went inside to get my riding gear and off I went. Since I saw mine and Beloved's shadow on the pavement this Sunday,  I'm predicting and early Sring :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: :orange:

I always get a kick out of the Ground Hog thing...no matter whether he sees his shadow or not, if you look at the calendar, there's 6 weeks until March 21, which coincidentally is the first day of Spring.  Funny how that works huh?   :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:
