When my 09 SERG arrived I was surprised to see the huge brake light. I didn't know there were two versions of the bike. That got me wondering what other differences there are that I don't know?

I stand corrected, the security siren is standard on both the U.S. and International models...

My international model (Canadian if that makes a difference) only has the big tail light. Don't all versions have the same muffler, complete wit cat?  Any performance differences?

How and why are the mirrors diffrent on the international model?

The " rumble "-ones are a very little too small for the german law .
So we got the standard-ones on the SEs . ( grumblgrumbl )

i think moco cant be bothered or its to much red tape to license all of the different GENERAL STATURATY REQUIREMENTS required by all of the different european countries, this is in regards to head lamps, indictator lamps, horn, exhaust, rear/brake lights, mirrors etc etc
 therefore moco gets away with it by installing the same tried n tested standard equipment on all models.
