Today , the first ride with my wife as BSR , and the CeeBaileys 15" TRSSC dark , can easily look over ( 6.1" and signature seat ),
wind buffeting extrem bad above 60 mph ( 95km/h ) , can`t stand this , i need another , turbulences all over , with a open helmet it`s a nogo . Sorry , and the look hurts my eyes also .

Clear View..... I love mine, shorty helmet, can hear the radio, sport dark tint 2 " shorter than the GT small.  I'm 5' 10" so you might want a few inches taller or simply go with the GT small. which I also have.

I orderd the sport , because it will be nearest at the stock hot-rod-look but a little bit taller and with recurve and i guess that a constant wind against me is much better than the turbulences with the CB15" .
And i am riding a bike , not a closed cabine , that`s what we i want .

I would love to hear from anyone that looks over thier windshield that does not get some wind, also I get more wind from the sides of the RG fairing than anywhere else.   Thanks Doc

Totally agree with you.  I'm in the breeze, but not getting beat up at all.  I love my slightly taller dark tinted sport.  It's a keeper.

Just got my 15" Cee Bailey's put on today.  I get more wind than with my SE Road King but if my CB was 1 or 2 inches taller I think it would be good to go.  Might try a 16" one or maybe another brand shield that's a little taller.  I also added a Saddlemen's seat which raised me up some so with the stock seat it might be ok.  I may try that too but I'm not leaving the stock seat on so I guess that part doesn't matter.

After the second unseen road hazard the CB14 inch dark is coming off. Damn near lost it again. Much too dark to see anything that comes up fast. Night riding is worse. You must look over and ahead with no distractions on back roads. I found pot holes or debree that blends in at 65 plus can be missed unless you are concentrating on the road ahead at all times. last minute saves are reduce greatly. The Kw is back on again. Just my opinion....

Hiway, thats why I have the light gray tint, the dark is ok 40 feet ahead but on curves and corners things like pot holes  speed bumps and roadkill are easily missed.

I would agree, but I see over the CB14 just fine, the Darkness is not an issue with me. The buffeting is though. the more I ride it a realize the KW & CB tunnels the air on the sides right to my ears. been playing with raising and lowering my head to feel the difference. lower is better. Of course riding with my Jet11 3/4 it doesn't matter, but with my carbon fiber 1/2 it slaps the chit out of my head. Not to say I have chit in my head, but you get my drift.
What a great weekend of riding

My exact feelings.

I really like the look of it.  I love it on local rides were spead stays under 60mph.

I am thinking about a CB 16 or a CV.  I have to do some thing so I can cruise at 75mph with my cabon fiber 1/2 and sun glasses

I know what you mean.  I have a CB 15" but need a 16 or probably a 17" but they don't make the  17".  I can easily see over the 15 and I'm sure I could see over a 17" pretty easily.  I'm thinking about a CV that is taller and then cut it down if I need to.  Sure would be nice if you could mount them and try them before you buy one though.

I mounted the stock wind-deflector again and removed the CB 15" .
Much better against the wind than the turbulences with the CB 15" , today a 540km ( 335 miles ) ride and the amazing awsome feeling that i have a extreme good scooter back . Yeah , and the hotrod-look too .  :2vrolijk_21:
