Has anyone installed either SERT package or Power Commander on 09 110" motor  to fatten the AFR WITHOUT changing pipes?

yes. the canned map from the factory my be liveable for some engines but all engines "air pumps" flow at different
rates so they should be calibrated with the ecm for the best performance and driveablity.    axil

I'm just about to get my FLHTCUSE4 delivered. It is totally standard apart form having a Power Commander V fitted and tuned on a rolling road by Dynojet UK.  Richard (the Dyno man) said he was tuning low and mid throttle to an AFR of 13.6 (to retain fuel consumption but be significantly richer then the std 14.7) and a wide open of about 13.2 (I think).  I'm not trying to get more power, just better driveability and cooler running.

Roll on tomorrow!!

I'm using an AFR of about 14.21 to 14.61 depending on the load on a basically stock 96". I plan to make some test runs today to see if I can cool the motor down a bit. If this works out, I'll use a similar map on my 110" to see if it works the same. I'll probably have to richen it up a bit across the board on the larger motor, but, main goal is to cool things down a bit.
I have a "test route" that I ride here to check driveabilitly of the bikes after some changes.
I'll post "seat of the pants" results when I get back today. Still too cold this morning to hit the road! (52 degrees)! I'll wait 'till it hits about 65!
Main goal: cool the bike down.

Enrichment table flattened to 798 in every cell will get you around 13.9 across the board...Every on e is different though so either use and ega(exhaust gas analyzer) or look at the plugs carefully...

I always prefered my v twin bikes a little on the rich side, no so as to wash oil from the cylinder walls but enough to get a little aroma...

I run my 1935 around 2 turns rich... :P

I believe you can accomplish that with the SERT/SSERT. Don't know much about the PC.
There are lots of threads here to probably give you more info than you'll ever need, just have to type in the search slot what you are looking to do.
There are also lots of people here willing to help.
I'm getting my feet wet with the Mastertune program, so far, so good. Start with basics.
I hope this helps a bit.

Got my brand new FLHTCUSE4 with standard exhausts delivered following it being run in and then dynoe'd with a Power Commander V.

I told Richard at Dynojet UK that I wasn't particularly interested in power, more smoothness and cooler running.

See the attached graphs.

The first one is at part throttle and the blue line shows before PCV fitted - see how the AFR at 3,660 revs is 16.85 - thats very weak, after the PCV it's 13.68.

The second graph shows at full throttle - here the difference isn't so marked - but all of them show smoother delivery.
