Regular Saran Wrap isn't going to stick that well, I think what you want is Glad Press'n Seal.  It actually seals to other surfaces rather than just cling to itself.  My wife uses it all the time, but I haven't "borrowed" any yet when washing the bike.  I just use duct tape to keep water out of the radio.

K&N europe just wrote me back the following message
"Unfortunately we do not have the filter in development yet; I expect it to be developed however. Unfortunately I cannot promise any time frame for that.
I am afraid it will not be available with a few months. You could always check for new product using our website; www.knfilters.com. If it you cannot find any information about the filter in the future, you could of course also contact me for information."
not good news for 12/12 months riders in europe...
I am thinking to remove my SERG airfilter system and install for winter a standard cover with an K&N filter.
PS : which models are the 2 CVOs on the picture using the saran wrap ( probably) for a shower ?

GRC being the multi-talented well informed person he is...is correct Glad Press and Seal is what I have been using. I incorrectly thought it was Saran wrap brand. GRC try it, works much better than Duct Tape and is also probably cheaper. It is pretty remarkable how it sticks to everything.
