Did any one come up with an answer to the original question on this thread? I've a helmet with an Autocom headset fitted, the 7 pin plug fits and I'm getting audio - not sure if the mic's working, and I don't have another headset to hand to check the intercom.

I think the Autocom plug configuration should work but it may be the design of the plug makes it not fully fit, when I plugged an Intaride headset (Autocom Compatible) in it worked.  I've never checked the CB etc,.

This is for the older Autocom headsets not the latest.  Another problem is Autocom have gone belly up.
