Venison Sausage

Just made 300 lbs. of venison sausage today (We had a great season this year). If anyone is interested, I highly recommend Penzey's spices (http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penzeys/shophome.html). Italian, Polish, and Venison are the best, IMHO. This year's was the best batch yet!

And maybe it will cause a significant decrease in those hazardous deer on our highways.  ;) har!  spyder
