Someone must have thought we would spend our money on totally useless items. We all like to spend money on accessories, but I would think we spent them on things that either made bike look better or run better. This accessory (IMHO) does neither.

Makes you wonder, doesn't it?  No latches on the side and appears to be quite narrow - you can see the entire lower saddlebag mount running underneath and what appears to be on the outside of the "bag."
