Ya know what...not that it probably matters to you, but I think I changed my mind.  I just looked at it again, and I think that color you have will stand out better than the other blue, being that it's a brighter color.

looks great the way you did it, I was faced with a similar situation on my SERG the TP I got from Ebay needed paint to match, as I showed in other thread. the metal H-D signage was bent from removal. I scoured all over looking for someone to stamp me a new one. after being frustrated, It dawned on me. My seat and backrest are grey snakeskin, I bought extra material to re-cover my glove boxes, and some extra, so, i used the old sign to template a piece of snakeskin and applied it to the tp, came out fine, but needed some lettering. bought 1.2" chrome letters to spell
Grey Ghost. should arrive tomorrow,will post pics when done.
