If your in Northwest Ohio "Blackswamp Choppers" is a nice place to stop for a cocktail or lunch, They have a showroom and sales area, upstairs is the tatooing area,"skeeters Bar & Grill" downstairs with open view windows to the shop so you can view while you chow down,I'll drum up some pictures soon.

I guess we'd be the eight vote for Jim's (Metal Dragon).  For many of us here, a few years back, it was "Jim's" (his garage at his home) before it was Metal Dragon.  It's been great watching him grow and for him to be able to do what he really enjoys. :2vrolijk_21:

Yes it is!  It's been a heck of a transition for everyone.  Instead of Jim working in a 1 car garage in his backyard, he now has a great shop!  I'm just gald to be a part of it!

I still miss the sunken lift in Jims garage, not to mention the old prices.

This kind of destination shop seems to be the trend around here too. Thanks for the post.  :2vrolijk_21:  Doc

Just saw this thread.  I like the Scott's sister shop in Joplin, MO.  Don's Garage.  Literally.  Right out the back door :2vrolijk_21: .

Metal Dragon gets my vote also. It was always fun to go to Jims garage and let him do his magic, but the shop allows him to take care of even more of us. Just noticed this thread today so I guess everyone knows about his 3 yr annversiry party on the saturday following Hood River Ride. I know a bunch of us Norcal and Socal riders will be there on way home from Oregon......I know I will be there, good food and good people. Doesn't get any better than that..... :2vrolijk_21:..... Jon
